Conditions

All stay reservations at Riad Jamaï are subject to booking and cancellation conditions starting from one night spent at the guest house. For the proper management of our schedules, we do not manage stay options but only reservations, confirmed by the payment of a deposit.

Booking conditions

The rooms and suites at Riad Jamaï have capacities for 1 to 4 people. The rates shown take into account a minimum occupancy, meaning for the rooms the same rate for one and two people, and for the suites a first rate for one and two people and a second rate for an occupancy of three and four people.

Booking confirmation

Reservations are first confirmed by email from the Riad Jamaï team, and then a deposit must be paid to the following address:

25% of the total amount to be paid upon booking

25% 1 month before the check-in date, arrival at the guest house

50%, i.e. the balance of the stay on-site upon arrival at the riad.

Any consumption made during the stay will be added to the amount corresponding to the accommodation balance.

Payment methods:

Riad Jamaï accepts payment by cheque in euros and bank transfer in euros upon request of the bank details from a member of the Riad team. When paying the balance, payment can be made in cash in dirhams or euros, by cheque in dirhams or euros, or by bank transfer with prior agreement.

Riad Jamaï cancellation conditions

More than 21 days = free of charge
21 to 15 days = 25% of the total stay
14 to 7 days = 50% of the total stay
Less than 7 days = 75% of the total stay

The tourist tax

The tourist tax for the city of Fès is 28 dirhams per person per day.
