Horseback riding

The Riad Jamaï team works with equestrian centres to allow hotel guests to enjoy themselves on horseback. The clubs board several horses and are run by equine professionals who look after between 30 and 50 horses across several hectares. Throughout the year, these equestrian clubs offer training and improvement lessons for the residents of Fez.

Genuine dressage professionals

The equestrian clubs are true professionals who board several horses. They offer Riad Jamaï guests the chance to take an introductory lesson during their stay in Fez. Most of the horse breeds are Barb and Arab-Barb. These breeds are calm, docile and steady, which the Riad Jamaï team sees as a safety guarantee for all our guests. The instructors are qualified and act as pedagogical supervisors at their centre, taking care of welcome, equipment and the teaching required for the introduction session.

Discovery packages for a horseback ride:

Two packages may interest riad guests, with a choice between a 1-hour ride or a 2.5-hour ride. It is a real pleasure to discover part of the city of Fez on horseback, riding at the horses’ pace through these Moroccan landscapes.

For children, pony rides

At these same centres, pony rides can also be offered in complete safety. The equestrian clubs’ facilities are extensive, offering plenty of space away from car traffic.

How do you organise a hiking trip?
